    We will send you a shipment confirmation email on the day of shipping.
    * We will inform you of the tracking number from 16:00 to 20:00.
  • Product arrival
    If there are any product defects due to an accident, please let us know immediately.

About payment

【Credit card payment】

・If credit card payment is not available due to customer usage, we will inform you to change the credit card information, payment method, or cancel your order.
・If you do not change your credit card information or payment method within 7 days after being notified, your order will be cancelled.

* When ordering, we may ask you to verify your identity such as through telephone verification.
* Credit cards with a different name from the customer cannot be used.
* Due to the payment system, we do not issue credit card usage copies.

【Convenience store payment】

・After confirming the payment status, the shipping procedure will start. If you specify the delivery date of product, please pay as soon as possible.
・Please bear the transfer fee at your own expense.

About delivery

For Kitakami / Kanegasaki / Hanamaki / Oshu city (excluding some areas, approximately within 12km from our shop) – > our staff will deliver.
Delivery time on weekdays and Saturdays are until 18:00. On Sundays and public holidays are until 17:00.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is necessary to consult us if you want to specify delivery time from 18:00 to 20:00.

* If delivery is not possible during long vacations, busy seasons, outside of delivery hours or in non-targeted areas, delivery may be by courier so additional shipping fee will be charged.

・The delivery date and time will vary depending on the order reception time and delivery area.
・Please note that it will take 2 days to deliver to Kyushu / Hokkaido / remote islands when ordering. (Except fresh flowers)

* Items for events such as Mother’s Day, Respect for the Aged Day, etc.) will be delivered within the specified period.
* Please not that it may be delayed due to traffic conditions and weather.
* Business hours are 9:00 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 18:00
* If the delivery date is not specified, it will usually be shipped within 2 business days after confirming the transfer (after confirming the order in the case of credit card payment).

[About delivery of fresh flowers] for cool flights

Fresh flowers will be delivered by cool flights from June to September.
When it is in season, the shipping fee for cool flights will be added automatically.
We will contact you by e-mail to confirm about cool flight of your order before shipping.
Since the size that can support cool flights is limited, we may contact you and cancel the product of the size that cannot be supported.

■About bulk orders

If you order multiple items for each shipping address, the shipping fee will be the same as the shipping fee in the above price list times the number of items.
Depending on the product size, the items that can be bundled will be calculated for one item. For details, please check the order confirmation in email that sent from our shop after ordering.

■Delivery method

We will deliver by courier.
In order to deliver flower in a fresh and beautiful condition, it is important to put a sticker that says “there are flowers in this” during delivery so they will handle it carefully.
We will pack the arrangement and bouquet in the fix flower gift box, so it will not move and spill water while deliver.

* Due to the perishable nature of our product, fresh flowers cannot be delivered to the “Post Box” or the “delivery box installed in condominiums, etc.” 
* Our shop do not put the slips or orders payment document in the box so you can order for gifts with confidence.

■When the delivery address is absent

・If you are absent, we will post the absentee card to keep the product, and after contacting the other party, it will be delivered again on the day that is convenient for the recipient.
・ If we cannot contact the recipient , we will wait for a call from the recipient. Then we will consult for re-delivery or disposal of the product.
・ The storage period of the product at the delivery company is 7 days including the delivery date. If the storage period has expired, they will return it to our shop for disposal. Please note that the full amount of the order will be charged even in that case.

■About delivery to a special place

For deliveries to places other than your home such as hospitals, wedding halls, concert venues, etc., we will deliver to the reception depending on the situation, so the product may not be delivered to the recipient directly. In that case, please note that the delivery will be completed upon receipt by the receptionist.

About returns / cancellations

[Returns due to product defects]

Please contact us by calling or email within 2 days after delivery.
After confirming the details by email or phone, we will return, refund or change the product.
If we cannot find the same type of flower at that time. Please note that we will give you a refund instead.
If there are any damage during delivery, please do not discard the damaged product and contact us first.
We will arrange the reshipment as soon as possible at our expense.

[Returns due to customer convenience]

We accept only unused product that is not a fresh flower if you contact us by phone or email within 3 days after delivery.

Please note that in case of return or refund, the customer will be responsible for the bank transfer fee and also shipping fee.

[About change / cancellation]

・Please note that it may not be possible to change some information or cancel items such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Respect for the Aged Day, and sales.
・Please contact us as soon as possible to apply for cancellation or change some information.
・When contacting us by e-mail, please attach the “confirmation e-mail” of your order to facilitate the procedure.
We will contact you within a day or two. If you do not hear from us within a day or two, please contact us by phone 0197-65-4422 as soon as possible.

■Changes or cancellations of fresh flowers and preserved flowers products

・If you contact us the day before or on the day of delivery, the product will be delivered as scheduled. You will be responsible for the full cost of the product and shipping charges (if not included).
* Please note that you cannot change or cancel the day before or on the day of delivery.

・ If you contact us 2 days before the delivery date, you can change or cancel it free of charge.
* Please note that depending on the shipping status, it may not be possible to cancel or change even 3 days in advance.

■Cancellation / returns of miscellaneous goods

・When you receive the product, please check the contents immediately.
・Our products are made to ensure the best quality of every product. If the product is damaged or soiled or different from your order, please contact us within 3 days after delivery. We will return or replace it immediately.
・Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds if more than 4 days have passed since delivery.
・ Cancellations and returns cannot be accepted in the following cases.

 – Items that have been delivered for more than 4 days
 – Products that have already been used
 – If the product box, instruction manual is soiled, damaged, or lost
 – Customer-processed products
 – Items that have been repaired, cleaned after delivery
 – Items for sale

If you have an accident such as damage during delivery, please contact us.
We will send you a replacement (or equivalent if there is no same product) as soon as possible at our expense for both shipping and handling. In that case, please note that the person in charge of the shipping company may contact you directly.
